Theta Xi’s National Constitution and Chapter Accreditation Standards requires that ALL Associate Members receive their primary membership education from their Chapter Membership Educator utilizing the Alpha  9 Core Associate Member Education Program. 

The program consists of seven sessions which includes the Associate Member Ceremony and the Ritual Initiation Ceremony.  The program syllabus is written in a manner to help the membership educator facilitate each meeting in a professional manner and utilizes three different DVD s to assist in the topic presentations.
