Top Your Best!

That's our recruitment theme for this year.  The challenge is to intiate more men this year than in any of the past three years.

The one single issue that holds back most chapters from being the best that they can be is membership.

Phired Up Productions (authors of Good Guys) conducted a full day recruitment workshop at the past summer's convention.  Many chapters are putting the Phired Up program to good use and seeing great results.  For example, here's what Gamma Vice President Alex Divinsky had to say about their efforts this year...

"Our numbers for the spring have the potential to be DOUBLE what they were in previous spring classes, which for Stevens, is HUGE.  We couldn't have had this level of success without witnessing Phired Up."

So, beginning next month, e-Update will begin recognizing chapters that Top "Their" Best.  We anticipate this list will grow throughout the year as most initiations occur in late fall and spring, but this will be a regular e-Update feature.

And, of course, for you to be able to shoot for your best, you need to know your goal.  With that in mind, the following table shows each chapter's official initiation count for the last three years...  Can your chapter "Top Your Best"?
