Deadline For Submitting Annual Reports is Tuesday, June 1st!
How To Submit Your Chapter's
Annual Report To The Fraternity
Following these three easy steps (in order) will make the process simple and will ensure you do not skip or miss anything.
Remember... ALL submissions must be sent no later than Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
1) Download the Preparation Workbook which is an exact replica of the Online Submission Form. Use the Preparation Workbook to gather information and prepare additional submissions to submit on behalf of your chapter or colony.
2) After all information is gathered, proceed to the Online Submission Form. (One submission per chapter/colony.)
3) After completing the Online Submission Form, you MUST complete the Acknowledgment Page and Submissions Checklist and use it as a cover page to organize the additional documentation that must be postmarked by Monday, June 1, 2009.
