THETA XI HELP WANTED Listing both Paid and Volunteer Postions...
It takes many people to support our active and alumni brothers across the country and around the world. That long list of supporters includes both paid staff positions as well as alumni volunteers.
Paid staff positions include Leadership Consultants who visit chapters to provide support and assistance or Recruitment Consultants who remain on specific campuses for longer periods of time working with new colonies to build membership.
Alumni volunteers cover a wide range of positions and can include everything from working as an advisor or mentor to a specific chapter or officers to "specialists" that are available to many chapter and work with specific topics such as Ritual, philanthropy, recruitment, operations, etc.
PAID STAFF POSITIONS:

Full-time employees of the Fraternity who travel to numerous chapters throughout the year to advise and counsel undergraduate officers in all areas of chapter operations. Candidates must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, possess the ability to work well with little direct supervision, as well as a solid background and knowledge of successful chapter procedures and strategies. Reliable transportation and clean driving history is required.
Compensation for Consultants includes:
- Salary
- Apartment allowance while working in St. Louis
- Food stipend when traveling
- Health insurance
- Cell phone allowance
- Traveling expenses reimbursed
RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS - (Positions possibly available beginning January 4, 2010)
Full-time employees of the Fraternity who are assigned to a particular chapter or a limited number of chapters to conduct, coordinate, train and/or develop a chapter recruitment/development plan as well as educate and lead new colony members. Candidates must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, possess the ability to work well with little direct supervision, as well as a solid background and knowledge of successful chapter procedures and strategies. Reliable transportation and clean driving history is required.

RITUAL COACH - (Multiple positions available now across the country)
Alumnus willing to volunteer as a resource and coach to chapters requesting assistance in matters relating to the Theta Xi Ritual. Coaches will work with members of chapters through one-on-one dialogue and perhaps conference calls with chapter officers. If willing, volunteers would be invited to donate time and travel expenses making visits to chapters within their general vicinity to participate and assist with Ritual meetings, intiations, etc.
RECRUITMENT COACH - (Multiple positions available now across the country)
Alumnus willing to volunteer as a resource/coach to chapters requesting assistance in matters relating to membership recruitment. Coaches will work with members of chapters through one-on-one dialogue and perhaps conference calls with chapter officers. If willing, volunteers would be invited to donate time and travel expenses making visits to chapters within their general vicinity to participate and assist with various aspects of recruitment at established chapters or new colonies.
CHAPTER ADVISOR - (Positions available now based location. See list below for current openings.)
Alumni willing to volunteer on campus to serve as the Delegate to the Grand Lodge for a specific chapter. Resides close enough to the chapter to provide guidance by attending chapter meetings and other events on a regular basis. Currently, positions are available at:
